Should you receive your order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Whenever reasonable, we will send you a replacement. If there is not enough time before your event, we will provide you with a refund for the damaged items.
Unfortunately, Oregon state law prevents us from accepting food items in return. If you have unused products leftover, consider donating them to local food banks or charitable agencies. They also make great gifts for family and friends who are unable to be with you over the holidays.
