Our standard method of shipping is FedEx Ground. We ship to anywhere in the USA and Canada.
How long will it take for you to ship my order once it’s placed?
We bake our products fresh. Your order is shipped approximately 3-5 days after you place it. During our peak season (Christmas), lead time may be as much as 2-3 weeks. We usually try to post this information on our website at the top of our product pages. If you need it by a certain date, please make a note on your order and we will contact you if we are unable to get it to you in time. Feel free to call or email us to check as well.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your order once it ships. Longer during the holidays (5-8 business days). FedEx requires a physical shipping address. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders being shipped to a PO Box or a Military Address (AA, AE, AP) are shipped via the US Postal Service and may take additional time for delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated using FedEx, USPS, Reddaway, Estes Express Lines, Yellow Freight and other delivery companies. These companies use shipping tables based on package weight and size, delivery distance and shipping method. Fifty plus units ship on a pallet to reduce shipping costs. Shipping costs approximately double for every upgrade (e.g., FedEx Overnight will cost roughly twice that of FedEx 2 Day).
Can I ship through my own shipper?
Absolutely! If you or your company has its own FedEx or FedEx account, you may choose to have us bill that account directly. Please contact us by email or phone to make arrangements. Please note that in the event you do not pay your FedEx or FedEx account, they will charge the fees to Gingerbread Traditions, Inc. and we will automatically (1) bill your credit card for those costs, (2) bill you a $12.50 processing fee, and (3) prohibit any future orders to be shipped via this method.
